Roadside memorials are erected by people who are searching for more meaninful ways to express their grief and spirituality, outside the confines of religious institutions, during their most vulnerable moments in life. This website is dedicated to those people, and the memorials they erect so that they can grieve, remember, teach, and heal.

A Beautiful Life Cut Short at the Hands of Another !

Kirsta was just 18 years old on this night when a drunk, high driver decided to take her life. Rob Wood was only sentenced to 4 years for taking her life. He left Kirsta bleeding to death in a corn field for hours and did not get any help for her.

Kirsta was just finishing high school and planned on attending college to study media. She was the oldest of 4 children, all of them their lives changed forever.

Kirsta had an infectious smile and wanted to save the world. She had many friends and family whom loved her dearly and miss her like crazy.
